香港知專設計學院(HKDI) 設計企劃研究中心(CDSS) 舉辦了『步‧埗為型』店企設計比賽 2024 ，旨在加強學生對數碼行銷策略的認識，並應用於電子程式之中，同時推廣香港本地品牌營銷和線上管理。學生們透過學習如何使用行銷應用程式和電子優惠券應用等來推廣品牌，並通過比賽形式鼓勵學生們應用這些技能。

香港知專設計學院（HKDI）數碼時裝品牌策劃及採購高級文憑的學生與職業訓練局（VTC）設計基礎研究文憑的學生聯同西貢四間本地店鋪合作，當中包括JJ Marketplace、Lilidays、+Cross和Seed。並聯同Cherrypicks程式發展商合作，教授學生如何利用「Tipic」手機應用程式、 電子優惠券和貼紙圖案設計推動店舖品牌推廣計劃以及增加商店與客戶的聯繫 。

The Hong Kong Design Institute (HKDI) Centre of Design Services and Solutions (CDSS) organized the "Step In Style: Design for Community Competition 2024". The competition aimed to strengthen students' knowledge of applying digital technologies to marketing and branding strategies, particularly for Hong Kong local brands. Students were educated on using digital tools like e-coupon apps to develop their digital marketing skills. The competition also encouraged students to utilize those learned skills within the local community.

HKDI students study in the Higher Diploma in Digital Fashion Branding and Buying and Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (IVE) Diploma of Foundation Studies-Design
, collaborated with four local stores in Sai Kung: JJ Marketplace, Lilidays, +Cross, and Seed. This collaboration provided students with a valuable opportunity to apply their marketing and branding ideas within the local community. In partnership with Cherrypicks, enriched students skills on managing mobile app interfaces, e-coupons, and sticker graphic design for the “Tipic” app. Through this practices not only help students on understand digital marketing, but also benefit for the participating local businesses to enhance customer engagement and brand promotion.
